Deposit terms, in plain terms.

What the $10 is. A refundable reservation deposit for Mella's first production run. It is not a purchase of a device, and it does not guarantee a delivery date.

Refunds. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships, for any reason. One email to hello@trymella.com and we refund it to your original payment method.

Price lock. Depositors are offered the device at the $129 launch price when units are ready. The remaining balance is only charged if you choose to complete the purchase then.

Timeline. We're targeting spring 2027. If that changes meaningfully, we'll email you - and you can always take the refund instead.

What Mella is. Mella is an appearance and personal-progress product. It tracks visible color change and does not evaluate UV exposure, sun protection, skin health, or medical risk. Product images on this site are design concepts; final production details may change.
